Neus Jaume

Neus Jaume Palmer is a prominent Mallorcan hunter and competitor who has written her name into the history of international hunting sport. Passionate from a very young age about small-game hunting — especially partridge and woodcock — and about working with pointing dogs, her consistency and skill have made her one of the leading national benchmarks in this discipline.

The high point of her sporting career came in October 2022, when she was crowned world champion of hunting in the San Huberto modality at the event held in Niš, Serbia. At this championship, Jaume Palmer showed a perfect rapport with her Brittany spaniel, Minnie, winning the individual gold medal and also taking the team world champion title.

This international success consolidated a career that had already accumulated important national triumphs, such as the Spanish San Huberto championship title won in 2021 in Colmenar de Oreja, Madrid.

In addition to her role as an elite competitor, Neus Jaume maintains a firm commitment to the management and promotion of her sport, having served as second vice-president on the Managing Board of the Balearic Hunting Federation. Her institutional work and sporting merits have been widely recognised in her homeland; proof of this is the award granted to her by the Consell de Mallorca in 2024, where she was presented with a traditional siurell from Marratxí as a tribute to her career.
